Another Father of 67 kids and looking for 9th wife

I don’t know why people are competing to have more children. Last time I wrote about the dad Daad with 78 children and aiming to cross a century by 2015. I don’t know about the aim of Abu Arrar, 58, from Israel who has 67 children from 8 wives. He sure must be aiming high as he is already looking for the 9th wife.

Abu Arrar, whose oldest child is 37, was photographed by the newspaper in a long Bedouin robe and head cover, surrounded by a dozen of so of his kids.

Culturally, it’s understood that the renounced wives are still married to Abu Arrar, the experts said.

It’s unclear how Abu Arrar supports his massive family. Camels, goats and a cow were grazing on his property. Yediot said he also receives about $1,700 in government handouts each month. (source)

Looks like Israel Palestin conflicts can have bitter impact in his family. It is told that 53 children are registered as Israeli citizens and 14 other children who born to Palestinian wives were not allowed to be Israeli.

He is quoted as telling that he doesn’t get time to go with his older wives as he spends most of the time with younger ones.
