Leonard Dickman, a nasty old man from Indiana, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Mount Airy Forest by Cincinnati police on public indecency charges.
Dickman also was arrested in 2000 and charged with disorderly conduct in a park for what police said at the time were actions “physically offensive to persons.”
