If you are planning to get a bit of tan in Rooster Rock State Park and Collins Beach (Oregon) this weekend, you will be greeted by people only wearing hats, shoes and sunscreen and picking up litter and garbage. If you want to contribute you can also join them in cleaning the beaches.
The American Association for Nude Recreation in partnership with SOLV are sponsoring a nude clean up progarm in Rooster Rock State Park on Saturday and Collins Beach on Sunday.
“We appreciate the efforts of the American Association for Nude Recreation in preserving the beauty of Oregon’s rivers and beaches,” Jack McGowan, Executive Director for SOLV, said in a statement released to the media. “Oregonians enjoy the beauty of our state for 364 days a year and on at least one day a year, they go out of their way to give back by helping pick up litter.”
